Ocre Designs may provide you with links and references to other sites, but we are not responsible for the content of those sites and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from that content.

Ocre Designs is the owner of the Copyright of all products and artworks and has the exclusive right to authorise the use of photographic images. The Ocre Designs Website website is subject to copyright.

If the Buyer wishes to use any photographic images for promotional purposes, then prior written consent of Ocre Design, Tarn McLean Designs and Tarn McLean is required.

Some Interior design images contain work provided to clients by independent interior designers. These images belong to Tarn McLean and contain art, fabrics, wallpapers and homewares created by Ocre Designs, Tarn McLean Designs and Tarn McLean. These images are used to display and market Tarn McLean’s Art-Led interior Design Service and Ocre products including art, fabrics and wallpapers.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from the studio in Toowoomba, Australia.

Within Australia we ship using Australian Post. To all other countries Australia post or DHL or UPS is used.

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped outside of Australia may face additional taxes and duties in the country of delivery.

Please note that duties and taxes (and shipping costs) are not refundable ‌through Ocre Designs.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the actual delivery address.

Returns and Exchanges

As our wares are printed to order and individually made, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We advise you do not rely on digital representation of the product as colour and visual attributes may vary from screen to screen. For all art and handbags, before you purchase, you may request further images and information that will be emailed directly to your inbox.

Textiles and wallpapers are available to sample upon request.

Product Care

For all fabrics we recommend dry cleaning only.

For all wallpapers do not use any cleaning agents.

We recommend all our wares be stored out of direct sunlight to prevent the acceleration of fading or discolouration.

For all other goods including leather accessories, we recommend you use professional and reputable cleaners to ensure longevity of your items.
