Refund policy

All Ocre Designs products are sustainably printed or hand made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or refunds. We advise that colours may shift in our products, viewed from different screens and therefore to request samples of fabric or wallpapers to be sure you're happy with the product before placing final orders. 

For custom tailored orders of art or hand painted fabrics and wallpapers, customers are guided through the development process as the work evolves, with an agreed number of changes before product is finalised and the customer is satisfied.

Your payment of any products is your acknowledgement of our no returns or refunds policy.
